Erin Clarke

Hi! I'm Erin Clarke, and I am an MYC teacher on the north shore of beautiful Prince Edward Island. I completed the MYC level 1 teacher training course in the fall of 2013, Level 2 in the winter of 2016, and Level 3 in winter of 2017. In 2018, I became an MYC Certified teacher. I am excited to be teaching music in my home province of PEI.  My passion for the MYC program comes from personal experience.  At 3 1/2, I was enrolled in MYC and to this day I remember the joy of engagement and the fun our group had as we played and learned together. I continued piano studies through out my high school years and, by applying the skills I learned as a child in MYC, I taught myself to play the harp while still in my teens.  I am currently working towards the completion of Grade 10 Royal Conservatory of Music  (piano) and continue to enjoy playing harp, guitar, and singing. I whole heartedly believe my engrained love of music comes from being exposed to MYC at such a young age.
