Been eyeing some Westman Atelier products since I keep seeing them hyped up as luxury clean beauty. The packaging looks high-end, but I wanna know—does the makeup actually perform well, or is it mostly about the brand? How’s the wear time, and does it work for different skin types? Also, if an order arrives damaged or something’s off, how easy is it to deal with Westman Atelier customer service?
Ordered a foundation stick from them, and while the product itself looked amazing, the shade wasn’t quite right. Went to find Westman Atelier https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/westman-atelier/customer-service.html to see if they could help with an exchange. Took a couple of days to get a response via email, but they did offer a return option. Not the fastest process, but at least they were polite and clear about the steps.
